Camilo Ezagui Menashe, 72, studied Hebrew, Jewish Wisdom and History of the
People of Israel at the University of Haifa on Mount Carmel. He also studied
Geography, Archaeology, Judaism, Christianity, Islam, Bible, History of the Holy
Land and Fundamentals of Tourism at the Jerusalem School of Tourism. He studied
Journalism in Tel Aviv and wrote a weekly column in the Venezuelan press and was
a radio show host. He was a Paramedic for an airborne team. He worked the land in
a Kibbutz and was manager of a travel agency. He published two textbooks for
tourism and hospitality schools. He has published essays on the use of Hebrew and
Aramaic in 1st century AD Judea and on the Jewish roots of Jesus and early
Christianity. He wrote “The Messiah has no teeth” and other Jewish tales. He is also
the author of the book "Distracciones" (Spanish) about the meaning of life. He has worked as a
guide for pilgrims in the Galilee and Jerusalem for 35 years.
