Hello, I am a quality assurance engineer. In Grand Rush Casino, my main focus is on customer service control. It is my job to ensure that all players have the best possible experience playing our games. This means that I need to be able to get the opinion of our players as well as investigate any bugs in the system. I also use my experience to improve the player experience by making sure our casino games have as few bugs as possible. By looking into any bugs in the system, I can work with the developers to make sure they are fixed before they become a major problem.
