Distraction

Lucy revises for her school exams

Her family knows she needs the silence

They all try to keep as quiet as lambs

The telly's off, no shows of violence.

Her family knows she needs the silence

Lucy's distracted by every small noise,

The telly's off, no shows of violence

She needs to handle it with better poise.

Lucy's distracted by every small noise,

Such as drip drop, drip drop, drip drop, drip drop,

She needs to handle it with better poise

Flip flop, flip flop, flip flop, flip flop, flip flop.

Such as drip drop, drip drop, drip drop, drip drop,

Slight sounds from the tap, mum's clogs and the clock,

Flip flop, flip flop, flip flop, flip flop, flip flop,

Tick tock, tick tock, tick tock, tick tock, tick tock.

Slight sounds from the tap, mum's clogs and the clock

They all try to keep as quiet as lambs

Tick tock, tick tock, tick tock, tick tock, tick tock

Lucy revises for her school exams.

The Accident

A tiger spots a deer, there is a chase,

The tiger won't give up, nor will the deer,

Fighting for her life, she lengthens the race,

She cannot give up, she has much to fear.

The tiger won't give up, nor will the deer,

Away from the wild, they near a roadway,

She cannot give up, she has much to fear

The deer sprints and crosses the road okay.

Away from the wild, they near a roadway,

A massive highway, with no road limit,

The deer sprints and crosses the road okay

The same fate does not the tiger permit.

A massive highway, with no road limit,

A car appears and knocks the tiger strong,

The same fate does not the tiger permit

Screeching brakes, a sad driver in the wrong.

A car appears and knocks the tiger strong

The tiger lies still with no one to care,

Screeching brakes, a sad driver in the wrong

The clever deer has won the long chase rare.

The tiger lies still with no one to care

Fighting for his life, no more the big race,

The clever deer has won the long chase rare

A tiger spots a deer, there is a chase.
