Village Winter
We see three houses,
A church and a sleigh,
Christmas lights and snows delight,
A beautiful scenery indeed.
The horse, the dog,
The sleigh riders too,
Enjoy the Christmas lights,
On a moonlit night.
This is just a small scene,
In a village off somewhere,
The twinkling lights,
The beautiful glow of the snow.
As we continue our journey,
With blanket on knees,
We see a pair of snow people,
And an outside Christmas tree.
The glory and love abound,
This time of year is special.
It is meant to celebrate,
The birth of a Savior,
Who is Jesus Christ our Lord.
