The Pond

Bright flowing clouds,

Green grass all around,

Pink flowers in front,

Mountains in back,

All of this circle the pond.

Reflections of clouds,

Reflections of grass and flowers,

Reflections of mountains,

If you look closely,

You'll find them in the pond.

Though lonely this pond may seem,

It’s not alone at all,

It has the friendly clouds,

The grass, flowers, and mountains too.

They keep it company, through and through.
