MONEY (Seven character, Quatrain)
The rhyme is yŏng/kyŏng/saeng and tones match as in a Quatrain. Yi Ŭngsu records two more verses. Folk song might be a more accurate note.
World-wide wanderer, welcome everywhere.
Bearer of prosperity to nation and private household; no small power.
You go, you come; you’re here, you’re gone again.
You kill what’s alive, enliven what’s dead.
