Explanation of “Fenrir” From “Fenrir The Polar Bear: Part One” and “Fenrir The Polar Bear: Part Two”:
Fenrir is a monstrous wolf in Norse mythology. It is said that no chains could bound him. The only thing that could bound him was Glepnir, a magical ribbon, that was made out of the sound of a cat’s footsteps, the roots of a mountain, the sinews of a bear, the beard of a woman, the breath of a fish and the spit of a bird (At least according to what I read).
I made him a polar bear cause....apparently; I didn’t want to make him a wolf.
Snowflake Part 4 Explained: Brett’s last name is Dionysus. In Greek Mythology, this was the God of wine. Brett loves wine, so his last name is shared with a God of wine.
In Greek mythology, Icarus was the son of Daedalus, an inventor. They were imprisoned, and Deadalus built wings for Icarus to allow him to fly free of the imprisonment.
