I’m all alone
In this nourish nightmare.
With no one to slay my dragons.
I find myself
In the company of a suicidal sandman
Who won’t part with even one grain of sand.
He just keeps tossing more tears
Into my broken eyes.
I’m trapped in this temple I’ve created,
Replete with cracked paint and crumbling walls.
The ceiling is sagging.
Surely it will cave in on me soon
And then,
I’ll never be able to find myself again
Inside this lost dimension I’ve created.
