Yun Tongju (1917~1945)
Born in North Korea, educated in Tokyo, Yun Tongju was jailed by the Japanese for independence activities. He died in jail six months before Liberation. Among the most honored of the martyred patriot dead, his poems were published to acclaim in 1950.
