Poet Profile

 

Candice James, is a poet, professional musician, singer-songwriter, and visual artist. After serving two 3 year terms as New Westminster’s Poet Laureate, was appointed by order of City Council, Poet Laureate Emerita of the City of New Westminster, BC CANADA.

 

Candice is the author of 15 published print poetry books, and 7 e-books. She has received many awards and her work has also appeared in many international anthologies and magazines.
