Little words.

Even though we are so far apart,

But only in miles, not by heart,

Our minds connect in many ways,

Through little words, by what each says.

An avalanche of words has flowed,

But our enthusiasm has not slowed,

Imagining the future, unearthing the past,

Muddling through the present within our grasp.

Our lives explored, deep feelings shared,

Lonely souls now forever paired,

Two hearts, once broken, now joined I pray,

Thanks to those little words, exchanged each day.
