Winter Bells
Winter Bells, ring along the sidewalk
By the lake, ice skater stake a leap of faith
Over here, everything gathers by the snowfall
Fun is near; I hope I don’t get hit by a snowball
Feel the frost, in your breath juts like a snowman
Fireplaces with lovers by the hearth to keep the warmth in
Winter bells are sounding by the church yard
Choir greeters,
Sing their songs for everyone
Snow piled high, and sledders breaking through piles
Joy abound, and everyone is all smiles
All around, winter joy is here now
I can see the stockings full Christmas near, now
What a time to run and shout with love now
Winter bells are chiming forth now.
