This Worn Heart

I can't see too well

Out of my dark

and into Your light,

But softly,

You graze fingertips

Against the skin

of my lids,

And there,

My eyes open,

seeing all that's

come to pass–

an anchored

road

linking

this worn heart

to Yours.
