To Whom It May Concern,
Dear Hanahaki,
You know how beautiful life feels after it rains
and you just smell the soft gray air.
You lay your eyes upon the reddest rose
holding onto a single raindrop.
Getting close enough you can see a reflection.
Sadly in your flower, it's not me that reflects.
I told myself I would never write to you again but
here I am doing so.
My throat is full,
trying to cough up the flowers I want to be yours
but all Iām doing is breathing in hard air.
Trying to recreate the day you could have been
mine.
Dear Eros,
I wanted to write to you to say thanks.
ank you for understanding that our relationship
was going to take time.
We had an uncomfortable start
but I knew you were going to be in my life for a
long time.
I wasn't sure when I was going to be ready for you
to come back
but believe me, I want you to come back.
I very much appreciate your understanding of that.
Hope to meet again soon.
