It turned out to be a quick, simple read about a guy, down on his luck, who gets into a whole heap of trouble by trying to make things financially better for his wife, by breaking the law. The theme is strangely familiar to me though I can’t place it. Ulysses? Odin? I made a mental note, writing it on the ice, that I’d someday have to re-check the classical details.
Joe Norson lived with his wife and her parents in New York City.
