Part 2
After the three Fairies emerged from the painting and remained on the desk since morning, I finally arrived hours later. Well, it was past 12 PM, and I completed serving some customers who were purchasing paintings while I was at home in the warehouse. So, Bobo and I then headed to the forest to enjoy some time there. “Thank you for your purchases, everyone!”
“Wishing you a wonderful day!”
“I truly appreciate it!” I expressed to the clients as I closed the warehouse door to make my way to the forest.
“You are welcome, Ley!” One female client replied to me and smiled. “Wow! Your paintings look fantastic!”
“Thanks, man!” Two other clients who came to buy also told me. “Okay.”
“Have a wonderful day as well.”
“Thank you! Bye!” I replied to the clients. Shortly thereafter, Bobo and I ventured into the forest. “You know, Bobo, today turned out to be quite good.”
“At least I earned a little money,” I remarked to Bobo as we walked through the forest towards the circle where I constructed the treehouse. A few minutes later, we reached the heart of the forest, and I dismounted the horse to climb the ladder and enter the treehouse. “Alright! We've arrived, Bobo!”
“It appears today is yet another lovely day.”
“You know what to do, just relax here while I take a break inside the treehouse,” I said.
“It's a miracle I didn't come back to find the treehouse damaged,” I added.
Oh! No!
What could be the issue?
Was there something amiss?
Yes, it seemed so!
What could it be?
As I was ascending the ladder to enter, I heard voices emanating from within the treehouse while I was attempting to locate the key in the door lock to gain entry.
“What?”
“Who is in my treehouse?”
“Could it be the forest, Spirit?” I whispered. And I was genuinely a bit anxious since I was uncertain about who or what was conversing inside.
Nevertheless, I leaned closer to the door to investigate if it was indeed the voices I had heard.
Indeed, I discerned multiple voices engaged in conversation, and they were distinctly female.
“Oh my God! I was correct about the voices!”
“And they appear to be female,” I murmured. “What is happening?”
“Who or what are they, anyway?”
“And what are they doing inside my treehouse—whatever they may be?” I repeatedly.
Naturally, I was quite pleased that I wanted to enter my treehouse. To avoid wasting time, I moved a bit behind the treehouse to peek through a window.
Shortly after, when I stepped behind the treehouse and glanced through their window, I spotted three little Fairies on my desk. I exclaimed, “ Fairies?”.
“Oh my God! Is this serious?” and then I collapsed onto the lawn. Was I astonished?
Absolutely, I was incredibly surprised to see the three Fairies—tiny Beings in human form.
Immediately, my feet slipped on a tree branch, causing me to tumble onto the lawn.
And the noise from my fall alerted the three Fairies at the desk, making them suspect they were not alone or that someone was observing them. “Girls! Quiet down!” One of the Fairies urged. “What?”
“Why?” One the other two Fairies responded. “I heard a sound nearby.”
“Quiet.”
“Didn’t you guys hear a sound?” The same Fairy who first noticed the noise said.
“No.”
“Not at all.”
“What sound did you hear?” The other Fairies replied. “Listen.”
“We are not alone here.” One of the Fairies stated. “Oh no!”
“We’re being watched!”
“We should find a place to hide,” the other two Fairies agreed. “But let's remain calm and take cover behind the objects on the desk,” one Fairy suggested.
Without hesitation, one of the Fairies concealed herself behind the lamp; another took refuge behind the books, and yet another hid behind the paintbrush jar.
“Quiet down!”
“We should stick to our hiding spots,” one of the Fairies reiterated. Although it was amusing, their intention was to hide so that no one observing them would notice they were here.
