Indeed, Stephayella managed to deceive the Officer. “Young lady! What are you doing on the road?”

“Are you okay?” The Officer asked her when he reached her. While the Officer was assisting Stephayella to her feet, believing she was in distress, Honeycherley and the two other Fairies helped me dismount from the horse and flee.

“Ladies, you are here?”

“Where is my horse? Where is Bobo?” I exclaimed as soon as Webtayela and Sweetydaline also showed up. “Be quiet! Stop talking!”

“We are here to assist you in escaping, not to talk about Bobo!” Webtayela informed me.

Once I was off the horse, Sweetydaline urged, “Hurry! This way,” and we ran away.

Stephayella then responded to the Officer, “I’m fine, thank you!” and added, “Thank you, Officer! I wasn’t feeling well.” And at which point she realized that I and the three Fairies had already departed.

“Okay young woman! I’m glad to hear you are doing well now,” the Officer replied to Stephayella, helping her stand. “Thank you! I must leave now!”, “Goodnight, sir!”, Stephayella said to the Officer as she departed as well.
