After consuming all the resources, the pods then leave in search of other planets to plunder and deplete. Such a diseased consumption was apparently the fate of civilizations inhabiting Mars and the Earth’s Moon.

The Pods' sole purpose is surreptitious survival with no attention paid to the civilizations they destroy or the resources they squander on personal sustenance. They often get morbidly obese with age. The pods have a lifespan determined by the shorter of host resource depletion or a fat explosion

similar to nuclear fusion. Pods profusely procreate, utilizing a non-sexual and non-invasive process called propagandized persuasion. It is something like osmosis or to a somewhat lesser extent the little understood “grooming.” Their invasion of earth is not yet near its end; they being able to usurp and curdle earthling determination, the pods will not abandon the planet, until all is ruin.

The latter case of Khazar indoctrination is a bit more complex and surreptitious.
