Anasthesia
Likely because they were both short and foul tempered, Tony (Toro) Calabrese became a favorite of Umberto "Albert"
Anasthesia, an Italian-American mobster, hitman, and crime boss.
One of the members of the modern American Mafia, Anasthesia eventually rose to the position of boss in what became popularly known as the Genovanoria crime family through his marriage to a Vito Genovanoria niece, and a temper which never bothered to consider if this was a good time for its display. He controlled New York City's waterfront, including the dockworker unions.
Through clever self-promotion Anasthesia became incorrectly viewed one of the most ruthless and feared organized crime figures in American history. His reputation earned him the nicknames "The Earthquake," "The One-Man Army," "Mad Hatter,"
and "Lord High Executioner." He was quite proud of that, and had he ever had business cards made, would have attempted to put all of his handles on it.
