In the reception room, the celebration of the two sided rows of high ranking guards of held up swords crossing of Arch Of Swords on each side of them as Marquess Reban and Marchioness Brandy walked down the middle of the guards, as the guards tapped their swords in honor of them.
Pastor Roger with Mary McKenzie, turned to Pastor Connor and Bren Drake.
Roger, shaking his hand. “Connor I want to thank you and Bren for the rescue of our daughter. We are forever in your debt of gratitude. Special thanks to the inspector Crouse and Detective Liam Niles and Trey Niles. How can we ever pay you back for their heroic endeavor, now that not only our Brandy is now married to a Marquess and may I add, a much wealthy reward Dowry given to us as gift from Reban’s father himself to pay in more than what was due, but also to pay off threat of bankruptcy of our church, and for a rich upbringing of his future heirs and our future grandchildren. Apparently Reban’s father, The Marquess Regan took to our Brandy in a moment of first sight of her enchanting manner. Even better, his relief of her untouched nature for clean kin.“
Detective Trey, standing with his wife Lauren beside them, his hands tucked away in his trenchcoat pocket. “In other word, they took off like a rocket with each other.”
Lauren, giving Trey that strange look. “Oh Trey. It just means They get along great. I’m so happy for them.”
Liam with Tauna going to them. Devon and Breyen with William right behind.
A middle aged woman, the new maid, with clean sheets in her hands, in her wandering, went to Bren for help in her confusion. “Miss Drake. Please forgive me. I’m sorry, I have forgotten where Inspector Crouse’s guest is room located for tonight.”
Inspector Crouse, coming up behind them.
Bren smiled at her. “That’s quite ok Maid Elise. Maybe the man himself can show you. Inspector Crouse, this is your maid, Miss Elise ready to prepare your room.”
Maid Elise turned around to see in front of her, a fine, distinguished tall man of 6 feet looking back at her. Both. Almost frozen in place, speechless between each other.
The Inspector, with his eyes upon her. Cleared his throat. “Nice to meet you Maid Elise. Thank you for showing me to my room for the night. And… perhaps the whole weekend.”
Trey, gives his gobsmacked expression to them.”Crouse, didn’t you have plans on the weekend?”
Crouse, with sly mouth. “Yes. I do. In the guest room. I shall see you later Maid Elise? “
Maid Elise, giving him a smile, respectfully leaves to his room to deliver.
Liam, in his charming dimpled smile.
Trey, doubled in his dimples as well. “Aren’t we smooth.”
Crouse stalled. “Wait, I forgot to ask her where she resides in town.”
Bren taking the Inspector’s hand with care. ‘She resides here at Chivalry Chapel where she will remain as young window in her fifties. We have already arrange it all with her.Her room is next to the guest room.” Let’s go of his hand, takes Connor’s hand. “Come on Connor, lets give our newlyweds the most beautiful send off-The throwing of the bouque. I want first dibs.”
Connor giving her a strange look. ‘But you already have ME!”
Bren, smiles at him. “Its about what happens after that my love.” She raised her sensual eyes at him.
Connor, raised his brows very high, goes with her.
Crouse, with the knowledge. “I guess I’ll see you two couples later, I need to be shown my room, by a very lovely Maid Elise.”
Lauren, taking Trey’s hand. ‘Come on Trey. “ Following in Bren’s and Connor’s footsteps, leaves the room with Devon and Breyen with William.
Liam and Tauna, the last in the room, smile widely.
Tauna stood. “Liam.”
Liam, stood. ‘Yes love.”
Tauna, nonchalant. “Do you remember our first kiss?”
Liam, turning to her, taking her into his arms. “ Tauna, I shagged you in lovemaking sometime after with our first kiss. How could I ever forget. Yes, me Lady, Tauna Marie Drake Niles Of Chivalry Chapel. I will always remember our first kiss.” He kissed her once, then twice, then thrice, going down her neck.
Tauna, smiled wide. “Liam.”
Liam, too busy in his kisses. “What love?”
Tauna, “We’re all alone.”
Liam stops for a moment, grins his dimples wide, taking his hands, pulls her up into his arms, then taking her into their bedroom, playfully places her down unto their bed, grasping her mouth with his mouth, in passionate embrace, with non stop vigor, they wrap their blanket over themselves with only the rhythum of their two bodies in sync with each other colliding into the night.

The Knight In The Fortress
Late at night. Lady Tauna Drake Niles lay beside her husband, Detective Liam Niles, alias, Sir Knight Niles. Liam, stirring in his sleep, rolled to his side facing the window, opened his eyes to see a dark figure of a tall man roaming the grounds of Chivalry Chapel. Pulling back the bed’s covers, he sat up, stood to look out the window. He spied a tall man of six feet wearing a long dark cloak with long black boots. As he watched him turn to the chapel, his identification of his face obscured while his cloak’s hood covered his head, appeared with only the wideness of the man’s eyes showing, then, in a moment, vanished into the night. Liam, with indented brows of squinted eyes questioning of not sure of what he saw, in his fatigued thoughts, ‘Rubbing his tired eyes with his hand, went back to bed.
