A fortnight later…
Tremen and Saren once again stood in front of Pastor Conor Drake as they took their vows. Lauren sitting holding the baby in her grandmother arms as Grandfather Trey watched over them, The Barron Dayron and Barroness Sagen next to them in joy.
In the reception room, the gathering celebration commenced at the table of banquet. The two sided rows of multi family intermingling of hearty laughter.
Reban, watching just inside the doorway, sets his sights on Brandy as she, in a fit of laughter of celebration, sees him looking a her, calm her laughter in a smile at him.
Bren, seeing this, goes to him, as he retracks his position, steps away but she goes to him. “Reban. Regardless of outcome. You are welcomed to join as god would have us do with anyone, come.”
Reban, stood. “I’m only here for the view of Brandy Mckenzie. But I have so I will go now.”
Bren smiled. “Very well then. But Just to let you know. Brandy has never been touched.” She smiles, goes back to the party.
Reban, with that knowledge, smiles with great anticipated hope, giving Brandy a twinkled eyed look of love, wth his farewell to her, then leaves.
Brandy, smiles, joins the crowd.
