Later that evening. She returned to give her respects to the man she deeply loved in memory. But this time, something seemed off. Noticing a displacement of some painted colored glass perhaps out of place has distorted his image. Disheartened she turned to walk away from the dreaded scene. As she walked away, then hearing a strange noise in back of her, she turned back around to see the image had returned to the original format. Not a piece displaced. Slowly treading toward the image, taking her hand to touch the cold plate of colored glass image upon her fingers. Then hearing a sound of a doorway opening and closing, seeing a shadow of black boots walking across under the sanctuary’s door, she followed ever so slowly until she reached the door. Opening the door into the foyer, she then realized, the distorted image was not from inside, but was from outside, she suddenly ran out into the middle of the foyer looking all around herself, going around in a circular formation as to capture the view of the unknown mystery, then stopped when she heard once again a sound coming from the Sanctuary as she proceeded back inside, low and behold, Liam Niles standing in front of her.
Tauna, stood stunned in disbelief. Her eyes meeting his eye for the first time in days.
Liam, with his deep dimpled grin,” Lovely to see you again Little Girl.”
Tauna, holding her hopeful hands to her chest, taking breath, goes to him and as she gets closer, to verify what she is actually seeing.
Liam, not holding back, goes to her, as she swiftly goes to him, as they clutch into each other’s arms, holding tight, never letting go. Tauna, cried out to him in joyful tears, as Liam taking his robust hands, giving her passionate kisses onto her lips as she gave it back to him.
Trey, walking into the room, halt in his own disbelief, then grinning. “What took you so long Bro!”
Inspector Crouse, entering, “On time. Very nice.”
Tauna, hanging from Liam’s loving arms, giving them all a strange look. “What do you mean, What going on here?!”
