Not Tracking Results
Whomever you choose, get them to produce regular reports and check them against what you can see in the results engines yourself.
Don t expect results immediately because any reasonable efforts will take a several weeks to show. Be patient, but insist on results or some kind of proof of efforts is being made on a consistent basis. Monthly r e p o r t i n g should be the norm.
