Romanian Dumbbell Deadlift

Stand with dumbbells in your hands, feet slightly wider than shoulder length, knees slightly bent. Bend over until the dumbbells reach the midshin point. You should feel the stretch in your hamstrings. Keep your back straight. Return to start.
