Toastmasters International is a non-profit educational organization that teaches public speaking and leadership skills through a worldwide network of clubs. District 7 Toastmasters extends south from Longview, Washington to Alturas, California and west from Bend, Oregon to the Pacific Ocean. The district is comprised of nearly 7,000 members in 176 clubs.
