Limono ožamemo. Jogurt, limonin sok, pol žličke sladkorja, malo soli in popra razžvrkljamo. Kitajsko zelje očistimo, operemo in narežemo. Mandarini in pomarančo olupimo. Sadje razdelimo na krhlje in odstranimo belo kožico.
Kitajsko zelje in sadje zmešamo in prelijemo z jogurtom. Počakamo deset minut, da se solata prepoji, nato postrežemo.
