3 srednje velike sveže kumare
1 dl jogurta
sol, poper
drobnjak
bazilika
svež peteršilj
mlada čebula
kis, olje
Kumare olupimo, jih naribamo in posolimo ter počakamo, da izpustijo sok.
Sok odlijemo. Potem zamešamo v skledo s kumarami narezano mlado čebulo, papriko, peteršilj in dodamo vse začimbe. Vse skupaj premešamo ter na koncu dodamo jogurt.
