I enjoy the reward I experience, when I have sought and found the most appropriate words, phrases, rhyme, or rhythm to express my ideas. As a former teacher I am also influenced and rewarded, by how I imagine my story or poem might be used educationally. But the greatest reward of all, is to picture a child somewhere, reading, and I hope delighting in, words which started life on my computer.
