Resolve the issue differently to make the decentralization of the refugee camps. Extinguish their existence. Solve local problems with global coverage. There is synergy of action that generates demand and strip countries of financial recession. It does away with the need to generate fixed infrastructure in the settlements, preventing their resurgence. Its implementation is coordinated by the author for free, without generating burden to international aid agencies, humanitarian organizations and altruistic sponsors. It simply occurs behind the scenes, showing tangible results without fanfare.
