1 pound 75% lean ground hamburger

½ cup slashed sweet onion 2 teaspoons minced garlic

1½ cups destroyed matured Cheddar, isolated

½ cup weighty (whipping) cream 1 enormous tomato, cleaved

1 teaspoon minced new basil

¼ teaspoon ocean salt

⅛ teaspoon newly ground dark pepper

  1. Preheat the broiler to 350°F.

  7. Pour the cream combination over the hamburger blend and top the meal with the excess ½ cup of destroyed cheddar.
  8. Bake until the goulash is effervescent and the cheddar is liquefied and gently caramelized, around 30 minutes.
  9. Serve.
