One of the principal parts of this formula is rich, velvety coconut milk, which is a famous keto fixing. The different sorts of coconut milk accessible may be confounding, yet the best is the canned assortment with a thick layer of coconut cream on top. Either mix the cream into the milk or skim it off for different plans in the wake of opening the can.

2 tablespoons olive oil

(4-ounce) chicken bosoms, cut into 2-inch pieces

½ cup hacked sweet onion 1 cup coconut milk

1 spoon curry powder 1 spoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon ground coriander

¼ cup hacked new cilantro

  1. Place a huge pan over medium-high warmth and add the olive oil.
  2. Sauté the chicken until nearly cooked through, around 10 minutes.
  3. Add the onion and sauté for an extra 3 minutes.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine coconut milk, curry powder, cumin, and coriander.
  5. Pour the sauce into the pot with the chicken and heat the fluid to the point of boiling.
  6. Reduce the warmth and stew until the chicken is delicate and the sauce has thickened for around 10 minutes.
  7. Serve the chicken with the sauce, finished it off with cilantro.
