work like that of a much younger person.Introduction

It’s inevitable. We’re all going to age and eventually die.

Okay…let’s back up. Maybe aging and death are ultimately inevitable, but that doesn’t mean that you have to begin aging once you reach a certain defined age.

Think about it…some people in their 30s look like they’re 50 while other people in their 70s don’t look a day OVER 50.

Why do you think that is? After all, 70 is 70…right?

Wrong! And this is the misconception that so many people have about age and aging. They believe that once you reach a certain age, you are old.

After you are finished reading this report, you will realize JUST how wrong these people are…how wrong YOU might be if you believe these old wives tales as well.

So let’s get right to it. I’ll tell you why we age and what we can do to slow down the aging process to a crawl.

Other Anti-Aging Resources

Okay, let's get right down to it. What causes aging? Well, quite a few things actually. But at the heart of the problem is our cells and how quickly they regenerate. Some cells reproduce constantly, some only when they're injured and others...not at all. The cells that can't be reproduced have to be replaced by other cells in the body, such as red and white blood cells.

Some cells, such as the ones that make up the heart, live for years or even for decades. The problem is, as we age, the death of these cells outpaces the reproduction of these cells. In simple terms, it's like taking two cells and tossing them out of your body, but only one cell returns to take its place. Eventually, we don't have enough cells to keep us at our youthful appearance and activity and we age, both in appearance and in the things that we're able to do. That's the simple explanation of aging.

Preventing it, however, comes with a much more complex explanation. See, there are ways to increase cell production while at the same time decreasing cell death rate. You won't ever stop it, and yes, eventually it will catch up to us, but where one may have lived only to 60 or 70, with proper care, one can easily extend life 20 or even 30 years. If this wasn't so, why have some people, like Jeanne Calment of France, lived to the ripe old age of 122 years?

Well, some of it is heredity, but some of it is also diet, exercise and other factors. While doctors, for the most part, will not recognize a lot of anti aging claims, studies by experts in alternative medicine have shown almost conclusively that people taking certain supplements live longer and more productive lives.

The Secret To Anti Aging

Okay, so just what IS the secret to anti aging? How can we slow down the aging process? Well, there are actually several things we can do.

At the top of the list are antioxidants.

What antioxidants do is they help eliminate free radicals in the body. Okay, what are free radicals and what do they do? Free radicals are essentially bad cells that set off chain reactions that kill other healthy cells. The fewer free radicals we have in our body, the fewer good cells that get killed.

Yes, it’s that simple.

Great sources of antioxidants are vitamins A and C. These can be found in a number of foods such as citrus fruits, carrots, squash and spinach.

Yes, there is a reason why Popeye was so strong.

10 Ways To Get More Antioxidants Into Your Diet

It’s no secret that antioxidants are incredibly beneficial to good health. It’s believed the antioxidants in food can help prevent cancer, reverse or slow aging, enhance your immune system, increase your energy and improve heart and other organ health.

Given all we know about antioxidants and their beneficial properties, it’s amazing more people don’t get enough fruits and vegetables, the primary sources of antioxidants. Experts recommend a minimum of 5 servings of fruits and vegetables daily, but say getting 7-10 servings is best.

There are 10 steps to getting more antioxidants into your diet.

1.Breakfast

Breakfast doesn’t have to be a hurried toaster tart on the way out the door. Throw some strawberries, 100% juice and yogurt into a blender; pour your delicious mixture into a cup and head out the door. You’ve just added one to three servings of fruits to your daily intake. Or throw some berries onto your cold or hot cereal.

Say you truly have no time in the morning and usually grab something on the run. Even the Golden Arches can be some help here. Order a fruit and yogurt parfait and some apple slices. For about $2, you have a breakfast providing one to two servings of fruit.

2.Snacks

Here’s an easy way to get more antioxidants in your diet. How about a handful of raisins for a snack, or some fresh red grapes? Dip some strawberries in yogurt. You’ll feel decadent, but the berries provide the color you’re looking for. Need crunch? How about some baby carrots dipped in hummus? Consider a handful of pecans for crunch and a nice antioxidant boost.

3.Lunch and dinner

It might sound trite, but adding a salad to each of your main daily meals can add loads to your overall health and wellbeing. They don’t have to be boring, and they don’t have to be just salad greens. If you’re going classic, add some red pepper slices to your green salad, some tomatoes to the Greek salad, or tart cranberries to your field greens. Whip up a broccoli salad for lunch, or be adventurous and mix up a rice salad with a mélange of fresh vegetables like string beans, tomatoes, peppers and red onions.

4.Dessert

Berries, with or without whipped cream or chocolate are a wonderful way to end your day of healthy, antioxidant-rich eating.

5.Beverages

Replace your soda with tea or coffee, both of which boast antioxidant compounds. Have a glass of wine with dinner, or for a real change of pace, pour a glass of chai tea.

6.Think outside the box

We know we can get our antioxidant fix from berries, salads and the like, but researchers say powerful antioxidants can also be found in a variety of unexpected foods, like russet potatoes, artichokes, and small red beans. The beans, in fact, may have more antioxidant power than blueberries, experts say. So to your rice salad full of vegetables, add some beans for even more antioxidants.

7.Cook lightly

You think you’re being good, preparing vegetables each night for your family’s dinner. But if you’re overcooking the vegetables, you’re cooking out a lot of the beneficial properties of the antioxidants. Steam (don’t boil) vegetables, and stop cooking them when they will have all of their bright color and most of their bite.

8.Plant a garden

Experts believe that people who plant and harvest vegetables from their own yards are far more likely to eat more vegetables and fruits than people who buy their produce from the store. So plant a garden, watch it grow and eat the fruits (literally) of your labor.

9.Take your healthy diet on vacation

Too many of us consider going on vacation an opportunity to take a vacation from everything, including healthy eating. Think of vacation as a way to be introduced to new foods. Order an interesting vegetable dish in a restaurant and then pay attention to how the chef prepared the dish.

10.Learn to cook

If you’re cooking, you’re not opening bags and boxes. Cooking involves scrubbing and peeling vegetables, preparing whole foods and paying attention to how things are cooked. If you’re ordering out every night, you’re far less likely to be eating the whole foods and natural fruits and vegetables that provide the base for our antioxidant intake.

Another thing you should do is take a walk every single day for a long as you can walk without collapsing on the pavement. Why?

What walking does is strengthen the bones in the lower portion of your body which in turn makes you less prone to getting osteoporosis.

It is also CRITICAL that you cut as much fat out of your diet as you can. Why?

Fat clogs up the arteries with cholesterol. When this happens, you are more prone to heart attack and a stroke, as well as a number of other serious problems.

Also add to the list maintaining a normal body weight for your size. In other words, find a diet that works for you and stick to it. It’s time to cut out the Ring Dings and chocolate ice cream. If you’re going to live on junk food and sweets, don’t expect to fit into a size 6. It’s that simple.

Another problem, as we age, is the loss of bone mass. What you want to do, in order to prevent that or at least slow it down considerably is to get plenty of vitamin D and calcium. You want to take at least 400 IU of vitamin D daily.

Here’s one that’s going to be hard for a lot of people.

Stop smoking.

If I need to explain the risks and dangers of smoking with all the info that is pounded into our heads on a daily basis from the media, then this report is beyond any help that it can give you.

Again…stop smoking.

Another area of neglect is our teeth. Did you know that people who have their own teeth live longer than those who have lost their teeth, on average? It’s a fact. Way too many people neglect their teeth.

Well, simple advice here. Brush and floss after each meal and see your dentist twice a year for a professional cleaning.

Here’s one that should be easy to do…water…lots of it. Drink it all day. At least 8 eight ounce glasses of it. And not that crappy tap water that has God knows what in it. Get a good bottled water or at the very least get a filter for your tap.

What water does is it flushes out all the waste in your body and keeps your skin healthy. People who drink lots of water alone look younger than those who do not. Another simple thing that you can do to slow down the aging process.

Finally, and this may be the hardest thing to do, you MUST try to manage the stress in your life.

Stress accelerates the aging process by accelerating the destruction of cells. Remember, cells can’t be replaces as quickly as they are destroyed as we age. Stress just compounds the problem.

Learn to relax. Learn to recognize when there are things that are beyond your control. What you can do something about, take care of. What you can’t, there is no point in worrying and stressing over it. Doing so is like putting a loaded gun to your head and pulling the trigger. Who in their right mind would do that?

If the above sounds simple, it is. But maybe for some it’s not so simple.

In that case, there is one more thing that you can do.

There is an excellent product out on the market called GenF20 Plus.

Without getting into a long drawn out technical explanation, what GenF20 Plus does is it helps stimulate hormone production through natural means. It is NOT a harmful steroid, which is something that EVERYBODY should stay away from at all costs. Talk about a loaded gun.

Okay, but how does hormone production actually slow down the aging process? Again, without getting too technical, hormones make it so that the cells in our body can continue to regenerate at a normal rate. When we age, hormones don’t get replaced as quickly, which is why so many people undergo hormone replacement therapy. Problem is, these therapies are very dangerous. GenF20 Plus replaces your hormones naturally and safely. Thus, your cells continue to regenerate at a normal pace longer in your life.

It’s simple biology…but few people really get it.

I promise you that you won’t be disappointed. There is no reason why you have to accept premature aging as a fact of life.

I don’t.

Some Final Words

Ah…the fountain of youth. How we all long to find it. Sadly, the fountain of youth is just a myth. And until some miracle comes along, yes, eventually we will all age and die.

But as you can see throughout history, this doesn’t happen to everybody at the same time.

As of this report, there are no fewer than 10 people in the world today over the age of 113.

Why is that? Why do some people live so long and others age and die so young?

Fluke? Luck? Coincidence?

Maybe it has something to do with how we take care of ourselves. Sure, genetics can play a part. But do you really think if you smoke 4 packs of cigarettes a day and drink a 5thof Scotch every night that you’re going to live to be 100?

Think about it. And please consider looking into GenF20 Plus.

It is the closest thing we have to a miracle today.
