Love : The Bond Of Perfectness
During the call, he began pleading with her to come back to me. I was stunned. That wasn’t what I anticipated at all. It came across to her as though I had orchestrated or rehearsed the whole thing with him, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. Right after the call, she texted me. It was obvious she was hurt, disappointed, and distant.
I apologized sincerely; with every ounce of honesty I had and with everything I held dear. But soon after, I discovered she had blocked me on WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram. Just like that, even our occasional check-ins were gone. It felt so abrupt, so cold. I never imagined that someone like her; so thoughtful and kind could cut me off that way. It was devastating.
