3. STOP ACCIDENTALLY COLLABORATING WITH TRUMP

Just because you and I wouldn't deliberately vote for Mr. Trump doesn't mean we didn't inadvertently empower his message.

If you felt fear about his proposed wall on our southern border—you aligned with the idea of the wall.

If you felt terror at his plan to create a Muslim registry—you aligned with the picture he created of the registry.

If you felt dread at the idea of his being elected POTUS—you aligned with the horrifying images of him being in the White House, of him trashing the Paris Climate Change Conference, of him starting a war by virtue of his hair-trigger temper and narcissistic sense of entitlement, of him perverting all the freedoms our country was founded on.

His agenda items are very low in frequency vibration. They are based on hate, based on striking terror into the hearts of millions of people here and abroad, based on his need to crown himself ruler of the world, with everyone quaking when he comes in view because that must mean he is very powerful and lordly.

The center of the classic narcissist's behavior is the overwhelming need to be adulated, no matter what he has to do to get the attention he craves. More on

All of the shocking pictures that came into our minds and began growing emotional roots are indications that we became mentally in collusion with Trump's agenda.

By allowing our untrained thoughts to keep picturing what Trump painted, by worrying and dreading what his presidency could and would mean to the free world, we inadvertently collaborated on a vibrational level.

Let me be very clear: when I say we collaborated, it does NOT mean that we consciously agreed with his plans.

I'm not a quantum physicist, so I'll put it in the plain words that make sense to me: The "colluding" thoughts are an energy waveform connecting with matching thought forms as if they are all drawn together by powerful magnets.

All of this goes on beneath our conscious awareness. I want to be sure no one starts feeling guilty or even more upset about the election outcome.

As intuitive Sheila Gillette pointed out in a Theo webinar about coping with and understanding the election results, the purpose of Trump's threats was to manipulate and frighten. All of these issues he activated needed to be brought to the surface at this time so we can begin healing them.

Once we realize the scientific truth about energy waveforms and the fact that we are all connected, then we can move on from the shock of the election results and get to work on the issues of importance to us.

The longer we decry his presidency, the more painful the results will be, because we will be adding energy to his campaign just as if we went out in the gardens of the country and fertilized the weeds. Or, for science fiction fans, we could say that being in deadly fear of Darth Vader (Star Wars' arch-villain) actually feeds Vader's energetic Dark Force, and thus his power to control and destroy.

I believe we can deliberately turn our thinking toward achieving what we want, instead of continuing to support the very things we are so against.

We become what we think about the most. This axiom of the mental laws bears attention.

As Ralph Waldo Emerson said over 150 years ago, it is vital that we learn how to "stand guard" at the portal of our minds.

We have to become more aware of the impact our passionate thoughts have, and the power of the pictures we form with those thoughts.
