No matter how one views these charts it is undeniable that Baltimore did the worst against the better teams, while Boston did the best, with Philadelphia second. Drawing from that, one can safely say that Baltimore put up the best overall record through beating up better on the lesser teams. In one sense, Boston showed that it was still the better team.
