Unlock Codes Menu:
Go to the Options screen and into the gameplay menu, then hold LEFT on the D-Pad. Hold RIGHT on the analog stick, then hit START. Now, back out to Options screen and the codes option will be unlocked. Watch this space for Codes when they become available.

Unlock New Teams:
Open the cheat menu and enter the code "MEGASTARS" to unlock special teams: the VC Team, Sega Team and NBA2K2 Team.
