Cheesy Zucchini Noodles

Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Cooking Time: 2 minutes Ingredients:

2 tablespoons olive oil
2 garlic cloves, chopped finely
2 large zucchinis, spiralized with blade C
4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Place the oil in the Instant Pot and select “Sauté.” Then add the garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
  2. Add the zucchini noodles and sauté for about 30-40 seconds.
  3. Add the Parmesan and gently stir to combine.
  4. Select “Cancel” and serve immediately.
