Ham and Chunky Pineapple Cheese Rolls
½ cup pineapple, cut into fine pieces
2 cups chunky cottage cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
3 teaspoons milk
8 slices sandwich ham
Method: Mix first four ingredients together and blend well. Spread mixture on the sandwich ham and roll up to form a cornet. Secure with a toothpick and refrigerate until needed. Serves 6
