Ingredients:
Directions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large saucepan.
2. Saute onion, carrot and garlic for 5 minutes.
3. Add in sliced, unpeeled tomatoes and cooked for 5 minutes.
4. Add in the tin of tomatoes, chicken broth and sugar.
5. Bring to boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
6. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
7. Puree and season to taste.
