1. Preheat oven to 380 °F degrees.
2. Cut the sausage into small pieces and mix well with the beef.
3. Add pork skins, spices, cheese and eggs.
4. Mix everything together until you can form the meatballs.
5. Place them on a baking sheet with a baking sheet.
6. Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes.
7. Top with tomato sauce.
