WEST VIRGINIA STATE FAIR WINNING EGG CUSTARD PIE
6 eggs, beaten
1/2 stick melted butter
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. self-rising flour
3 tbsp. plain flour
2 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Mix all the above ingredients together. Pour into a deep dish pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
