Once upon a time, in the town of Chuckleberry, there was a bakery with so many cupcakes in it! There were some strawberry cupcakes with blueberry frosting, or blueberry cupcakes with strawberry frosting. There was also everything in between! They had sprinkles, cherries, and lots of other stuff. There are also muffins, which everyone knows are just ugly cupcakes. (Bagels are ugly donuts.)  But one little cupcake was almost as ugly as a muffin. Her name is Cocoa. She has a little pet named Cherry, who, you guessed it, is a cherry.

She has no sprinkles, colors, or fancy frosting. She has a plain chocolate brown body, and standard vanilla white frosting, with only Cherry adorning her. All of the other cupcakes made fun of her.

One day, the baker made a lime cupcake, who was lime from head to toe. Everybody laughed and said she was the color of icky green slime. “Ha! You look like you just came out of a leprechaun's butt!” Sneered a fancy pink and blue cupcake. This little cupcake had the name of Sierra, like Sierra Mist. This made Sierra very sad. She had green sprinkles on her smooth white head, and was as plain as Cocoa.

Princess, the pink-and-blue cupcake, ran onto the desk, picked up a cherry, and was just about to throw it at Sierra when Cocoa grabbed Sierra’s hand and said, “Follow me!” Cocoa took Sierra to a hole in the wall she had found when she had first been baked by Mr. Butter. Cocoa told Sierra her name was Cocoa, and Sierra did the same.

They were best friends from then on. When the other cupcakes saw how good of friends they were, Princess said, “Let’s be friends with them too!”

The End.
