Right as Rane

It's an intergalactic future where law enforcement is the responsibility of The Rangers. Though success is based on teamwork, there are always individuals who stand apart. Officers whose courage and commitment mark them out as the true heroes of their time. The Rangers' roll of honor contains many such characters. Amongst them is Ceras Rane. How he got in is anyone's guess.
