Bends’ week, it was like a nightmare for me,

and I hated all the seven days of training.

I also disliked the week of Relaxation asanas.

Each class was loaded with Hip Openers, which

is not my best area. The overall dynamics of

the class was too passive for me; it was

making me really sleepy after the practice.

So, basically, I was enjoying yoga only one

week a month and punishing myself doing
