Those I need to thank are mysterious hidden (and not so mysteriously hidden) in the names of characters throughout the book. I appreciate their love and concern over the years. I need to thank my wife, Marylee, for putting up with the papers strewn across the table for night after night and the encouragement to get his project done.
I dedicate the book to the many people I have worked with in my churches throughout the years and the great voice of Christianity who encouraged me. I dedicate this to my friend Brian McLaren who was so instrumental in the earliest days of the story. I dedicate this book to my grandchildren, Jude, Cam and Zach, who will one day read it.
