Introduction to the ATCO

Since Time is a dimensional entity, a governing body known as ATCO can be introduced for governance. Since we already have regional governments (

state,rural,national) , its not difficult to imagine there exists a governing body that holds Authority over all perumation and combination of regions describable in X,Y and Z axis.

The dimension that crosses each of the X,Y and Z dimensions is the dimension time. This is represented as the red line in the figure as the dominating dimension because it has access to all three dimensions. This property is not true for each of the geometric axis independently. Thus the body that governs the dimension time would hold ultimate authority over any authority formed in X,Y,Z axis. This is because of additional layer of intelligence they would posses with an infinitely large amount of information.

Any typical individual can be visualized as a collection of ( X, Y, Z ) coordinates over the dimension of time starting from the point of Birth to the point of Death. For instance in yearly scales point of Birth = 1990

This can be visualized as a 1 * 3 matrix of information where the number of rows ( in discrete form T= year 1 , year 2 ,..., year T ) would describe the distance between the point of Birth and the point of Death ( in continuous form T) .

Defining Authority

The image above with the three horizontal lines and one vertical red line passing through them can be numerically represented as 4 lines or 1111. It can be used as a symbolic form of the word ” Authority ”

Suppose that time was a quantity that could either be utilized for actions rooted in honesty or dishonesty. The balanced ratio would then be 50:50.

However there is always an imbalance because most individuals would not describe their life in measures of good time : bad time percentage as 50:50.

The combined imbalance that exists collectively from this individual imbalance would be the movement of collective honesty or dishonesty.

If this process had an immune response from the governing body of the dimension of Time , it could potentially be called ATCO.

The governing body could potentially hold Authority not only in a techno-logical,evolutionary or biological sense but also in the dimensional sense that would not be perceivable .

Since our current focus ( or Attention ) is always at time t , this literally means that individuals cannot travel backward or forward with their focus or Attention and perform actions . Any potential action an individual could perform always occurs at time t for the individual. The individual would not be able to perform action at t+1 or t-1 while still being situated at t.

The governing body could potentially control the variable t by free will.

hypothesis : The contact

As a result of the Authority they posses, they likely posses the point of contact at ( X,Y,Z,t) . Where each X,Y,Z belongs to the location of each particular individual .

If this governing body had an eligibility criteria to transfer Authority to individuals in X,Y,Z dimension , it would likely be the principles that minimize Time corruption . This Time corruption aligns with any activities that could be potentially be labelled as Immoral or Deception.

hypothesised potential conclusions

The resemblance of this conclusion to every religion text implies the time period it was written valued Time as a valuable resource as well. Thus as a conclusion, classified the social activities in their time as either being rooted in honesty or dishonesty.

The classification would then have errors from their own collective interpretations of honesty and dishonesty.

The implications are that the activities that provide the best value for Time are honestly chosen activities and the people that provide the best value for time are Authentic people.

This could potentially hold True for any life activities such as acquiring education , leadership , governance etc without the lack of any genuine interest for the actions that follow the activity itself. The probability that most people like their jobs is fairly low unless the job is enjoyed genuinely.

The definition of authenticity implies that individuals can be transparent about their moral values.

If the transparency is rooted in honesty then they would be defined as authentic. This measure Authenticity is independent of the actual scale of Morality but is limited to the transparency of the scale.This resembles the concept of Confessions from the Christian context.

Defining perceptions with information

Suppose the amount of information that is contained with any individual is I units, and the weight distribution of honest information is X%. This means that ( 100 - X ) % of that information can be altered or arranged since honest information cannot be altered and remains constant. This arrangement of honest and dishonest information is called a Perception.

Suppose there was an infection that feeds on the energy that is produced by the constant rearrangement of information during interactions in the process of identifying the Truth. This infection would not be able to persist further if dishonest information disappears therefore its offensive mechanism is to keep the information moving around and prevent it from being labelled as Truth.

This consequence of information being constantly being rearranged in interactions leads to a sequence of flawed logical reasoning that ends up labeling Moral choices as immoral and vice versa. This is the origin of confusion. Therefore confusion is the offensive mechanism for this organism that is causing the infection.

The name of the infection can be labeled as dishonesty. For visualization, it can be assumed as the collective consciousness of the concept of dishonesty.

The more dishonesty there exists , the more difficult it would be to identify the truth to take any course of action or worse taking action by mislabelling Truth and False. As a result of this Dishonesty as a whole thrives with more dishonesty resulting from actions labelled incorrectly.

In a literal sense that can be quantified , the amount of dishonest information grew by consuming energy that originated from dishonest information.

Visualizing physical and mental illness as a side effect of the infection

If perception is altered externally from physical injury, the cause and effect of this process can be traced.

However, if the perception is altered from the exchange of information, it causes a restructuring of likes, dislikes, morals, immorals, etc. The causes of this restructuring can either be :

Honesty

Dishonesty

Any cause that is rooted in Dishonesty is then responsible for the change in perception. Once the Truth is identified with probability one, it does not change with information flow during interactions.

Identifying the source of the information as honest and Dishonest is made by the Authenticity measure of the individual who is the source of the information.

Therefore, the currency of Authority should be the Authenticity of the Individual, which can be defined as the ability to be honest about one’s own dishonesty.

There is another way the perception of an individual can be altered, where the way itself is assumed to be stealth or hidden from being observed. The way in which the perception is being changed cannot be perceived by the observer.

During this process, where the perception is being altered for any individual, the side effects could closely resemble symptoms of mental illness. In some sense, the individual’s physical form would be reacting to a force that is external to the individual. Therefore, concluding that external forces acting on the individual could be a source of mental or physical illness.

Perception Translation

1.1

Individual to Individual perception translation When two individuals are interacting, they share a common surrounding area.

Each of the individuals is one part of the surroundings that belongs to the other individual.

The individual as the observer cannot differentiate his entire surroundings or a part of his surroundings ( in this case, the other individual ) with probability one.

An illustration of the above paragraph would the 1998 movie ” The Truman Show ” where the lead character does not figure out that everyone around him is following a common shared script and that he was the only one with genuine actions. In the movie, the actors could not keep up with the lead’s unpredictabil-ity, however if they could have , it would have delayed his realization indefinitely.

Under the circumstances , when information flows between individuals from the first perspective of each individuals , it would simply be information flow from one observer to his surroundings. The other individual would be part of his surroundings thus can be categorized as his surroundings.

Thus the information flow between the individuals occur separately for each individual where the information is absorbed from the individual’s interpreta-tion of his surroundings through their perception .

To increase the likelihood of efficient communication between individuals, the following measures must be taken :

1. The individuals have high moral values so as not to waste any unnecessary time during the interaction.

2. The individuals have a high capacity to tolerate authenticity. This will prevent any distortion in comprehension due to the individual’s own Maturity 1

levels.

3. When there is communication between individuals , the responder of the interaction must understand the perceptional origin of the information flow to minimize the absorption of anything other than the objective truth. This can be interpreted as an understanding of the individual and the other individuals in his surroundings. .

The information has to be used to evaluate the individual’s moral values as this is the metric that maximizes value for time.

Thus, it is concluded that the ability to understand the multi-perceptional view of any observation is the skill set required to maximize the efficiency of labeling something as True or False. However, there will always be an X % of information that is exchanged that is False. This would be one of the sources of dishonesty errors.

1.2

Defining dimensional perception change

Suppose line AB became conscious; it would have control of locations A and B.

This law will be called free will.

Consciousness, in this context, will be defined as the ability to transmit and receive information between two conscious entities. Since the line is in 2D, it can communicate between other lines in 2D or communicate with objects in 3D.

This can also be described as the existence of a bridge for information flow in this thought experiment.

The information flow that occurs between conscious entities is filtered by the perceptions of the conscious entities.

This distortion in information occurs as a result of errors in the perception of the conscious entities. The errors are described as the percentage of the information in that perception that is not 100 % honest or the obsolete truth.

Therefore, to allow the most efficient flow of information between conscious entities without any errors, the condition that ensures this would be the absolute honesty condition.

Therefore, if the law of honesty is followed, this would maximize the effectiveness of experiencing time. Therefore, if the law of honesty is followed for a duration of time, it can be regarded as one of the possible ways to master Time.

The Trigger

The perception of the self that is contained in the perceptions of others is the source of inauthenticity.

Suppose the individual has an approximation of the most probable representation of the self from the perception of other individuals. This information can be made into a binary classification as good impression or a bad impression.

The perception of the individual at time t decides the weight of his attention that goes to promote thoughts for each of the binary classification.

The Maturity ( Physical, Emotional, and Sexual ) levels of the individual are responsible for the perception of the individual at time t.

The Maturity level of an individual describes the ability to label oneself with honesty which include information regarding his own strengths and weakness.

For an individual whose Maturity level is on the low end of the spectrum the probability of getting triggered by an event that forces his attention on the cause of his discomfort in one or all of the Maturity levels is high.

The trigger would then be the cause, and the discomfort of the individual would be the effect.

However, if an individual can be programmed to be triggered by organizational behavior that does not correlate with 100 % honesty, the individual can be systemically controlled to take courses of micro-actions that do not necessarily comply with the individual’s free will if the collective action is revealed.

If an individual was smart enough, he could collectively coordinate the generation of such micro actions from the entire organization so that the collective micro actions define a goal that is contradictory to the average individual’s free will.

The individual could then define the strategy of his agenda that would be consciously out of alignment with the average individual’s free will however, will be in alignment with the collective’s free will. This process can be called consent by free will under an illusion.
