CHAPTER 15 – 7 Angels, 7 Scales, the last plagues. The 3rd woe begins.
Then John saw a sea like glass (Revelation 4:6), mixed with fire, and those who overcame the 666 stood by the sea, together with the singers of God (Revelation 5:8), singing the song of Moses about their Almighty, Just, Holy God and worthy King. Exodus 15:1-3.
Then the temple in heaven was opened (Revelation 14:17), and 7 angels with 7 plagues came out (Revelation 14:9-10), clothed in clean, bright linen, and girded with golden belts (Revelation 3:5 & 6:11).
One of the 4 living creatures (Revelation 4:6) gave the angels 7 golden bowls, full of the eternal God's wrath (Revelation 16:10). Read Revelation 21:9-10! These are explicit proofs that we will be gone during the 7-year tribulation, because we (Jerusalem) come down with Jesus from heaven after the plagues are finished.
After this the temple is filled with smoke from God's glory and power (Exodus 40:34, Isaiah 6:4), and no one could enter there until the seven plagues were finished.
Note that during the 7-year tribulation, there are three phases, each worse than the last. First there are 7
Seals of the tribulation (the introduction) Revelation 6, then with the opening of the 7th seal, there come 7
trumpets that bring worse pain (the middle) Revelation 8-10, and after this, with the blowing of the 7th trumpet, come these last (and worst) 7 bowls (wine-vessels full of plagues - God's wrath) Revelation 15-16.
Chapter 15 is the introduction, the angels' preparation for the end.

CHAPTER 16 – 7 Angels, 7 Scales, the last plagues continue.
After this, a great voice came from the temple for the angels to go and cast the scales over the earth.
How do we know it was God himself who said it?

Here comes a bunch of pests that will affect us directly, not like the demons that came to attack us earlier.
Here come plagues.
The first scale: Evil boils

The sixth scale: Euphrates River dries up. Earth is getting ready for great war.
Thrown over the great Euphrates River that runs through Babylon: It dried up, so that the way of the kings coming from the east could be prepared. Revelation 9:14-15.
Churches of God (Turkey) – *ISRAEL* (Megiddo/Armageddon) – Babylon (Iraq) & Euphrates River Egypt
Mediterranean sea
EU (European Union) – Rome (Italy – 7 Hills) – Syria – China – North Korea
Then three unclean spirits like frogs came out of the dragon and beast's mouth (Exodus 8:6, Revelation 19:20, & Matthew 24:24), and out of the mouth of the false prophet. They are devils who will gather the kings of the earth for the war in the place of Armageddon, in Hebrew (Judges 5:19 & Zechariah 12:11).
Blessed is he who keeps his clothes! John 3:5
This convening is the gathering of all the military forces of the NWO which will be run by the devil -
Revelation 19:19. China is currently one of the permanent members of the UN (peace front). (More on the difference between the EU and UN later). But, if China and all the other countries become members of the NWO together, and Israel decides against it, nothing will stop China from attacking them, and North Korea will probably never give up either, as well as Syria. Note: Babylon as indicated above is also Ancient Assyria (Mesopotamia). It's Nineveh in Jonah's time.
The seventh scale: Islands and mountains flee! It's over!
Thrown into the air: Then a great voice came from the throne from the temple in heaven, saying: “It is over!”. Great voices and lightnings followed, and the greatest, most tremendous earthquake the world had ever seen. Matthew 24:21 & Daniel 12:1. Then the great city (Revelation 14:8-10) was divided into three, and all the cities fell. God then remembered Babylon and brought His cup of wrath to her.
The mountains and islands fled, and great hailstones fell from heaven on the people, and they blasphemed God because His plague was terribly great.

CHAPTER 17 – Babylon falls, the great harlot (blasphemers) is seduced by the 7-headed scarlet beast.
One of the 7 angels then takes John away in the spirit to a desert and shows him the judgment (Jeremiah 15:13-14 & Nahum 3:4) of the great harlot who sits on many waters (remember the “many” waters are the stormy sea that will not exist in heaven - Isaiah 57:20), who played the harlot with the earthly kings.
(Revelation 19:2, Psalm 73:27 & Revelation 21:9)
He sees a scarlet beast full of blasphemous names, with 7 heads and 10 horns (Revelation 13:1), and a woman sitting on it, clothed in purple and scarlet (“shocking” red), and adorned with gold and precious stones and pearls (Ezekiel 28:12-15 & Daniel 11:38). She had a golden cup full of abominations (strange flesh before God) of her fornication. (Her sins against the Christians were very great.) The woman was drunk with the blood of the witnesses of Jesus. Jeremiah 51:6-10.
On ***her head*** stood: “Mystery, great Babylon, mother of harlots and earthly abominations.”
The angel then explained to John: This beast “was, and is not”, and will come up from the abyss (Revelation 11:7 & 9:1-2) and go into destruction, and the wicked (those who are left after the rapture) will wonder about the beast “which was and is not, though he is” (Revelation 13:3-4), so that the last wine can be patiently pressed out, the last saints can be saved in the Tribulation, before the judgment.
What does “the beast that was, and is not, though he is” mean? It means “He was alive, and is no longer alive, although there he stands right before them, risen from the abyss with the Antichrist.” The easiest way to understand this part: Satan will come up out of the abyss (make himself known to men, so that they will be amazed that he reigns), and after he has remained a little while, he will go into eternal destruction be thrown. Read Daniel 7:11-12 - In other words: The devil is already dead and doesn't know it yet.
Extension of days was given to them and their followers until the great day when Jesus gets dominion, so that He can judge them. - The devil and his followers - all - are first thrown into perdition with the last judgment, the final, second death.

Quick question: The Euphrates River was dried up by God, to prepare the way that comes to Israel (on the Megiddo/Armageddon war fields), so that the Eastern kings can easily come straight in. Why? Why did God prepare the way for the Eastern enemies of Israel, but not for the other kings (such as the Magog Invasion from Russia)? Is it possible that God Himself is leading these guys, as He led the Israelites with a pillar of fire in the sky? Is He leading people here who have turned to the God of Israel? Or does God just want to find ordinary enemies against God from the East more easily in Megiddo, for the great war against Israel? Now, Israel (Jewish God), as well as North Korea and China (Buddhist and Confucianist gods) are each member of the UN (the peace-loving countries). But does that stop them from getting into a fight if it's God-vs-gods, rather than king-vs-king? What will happen during the end of these 10 nations, when their 7-year tribulation is over???
Then the angel continued: Listen carefully! The 7 heads are 7 mountains on which the woman sits. They are 7 kings. 5 Fallen, one is, and the other is yet to come, and when he comes, he will remain for a little while. The beast is part of the 7, and is itself also the 8th, and goes to destruction.
Let's look at this timeline, who these 8 kings are, with the help of Nebuchadnezzar's dream: Point 1-8 = Revelation
prediction.
Point 3-9 = Daniel
prediction.
Remember that King Nebuchadnezzar was the king of Babylon, and had a dream that foretold the future, not history. So, he did not see the first two kings.
1. Egypt (Faro) – History, everyone knows the story of Moses.
2. Assyria - History, more about them at the end of the lesson.
3. Babylon (Golden Head) – Nebuchadnezzar begins here.
4. Persian (Silver chest)
5. Greece (Bronze waist) – 5 fell (5 Kings, between Egypt and Greece)
6. Rome (Bones of iron) - “One is” (Revelation 17:10b) Here is John's time.
7. The 7th king→Our modern divided nations (feet of clay and iron mixed, in which the devil will rise and stay for a little while to make the 10 zone - the 10 toes) - “One is yet to come” and stay for a short time (Revelation 17:10c & Revelation 12 – The dragon) Our time, just after the Jewish temple was rebuilt. The rapture also happens here, just before the devil rules.
8. The 8th king comes AFTER the rapture, it is the antichrist who comes to help the devil. Revelation 13 – The beast from the land and sea, the dragon's helpers.
9. The big stone destroys everything and takes over everything, becoming the last king. Jesus, the
“Rock of Ages”! – Daniel 2:44-45 & Isaiah 26:4.

Remember we learnt in Part 3 - Revelation 12 - about the “Woman and the dragon (at least the Israelites and satan)”, and that the beast waited for Israel to give birth to the little Child who would rule... So first we see Jesus' bride, the woman, and now in Revelation 17, this is the big whore! The devil's own bride!
So, we know from Revelation 12 that the 7 heads (mountains) are the current 7 strongest countries that control the earth today (it's 100% possible the EU), in the feet of the image in Nebuchadnezzar's dream, iron and clay mixed, where the nations are divided. These 7 heads also show a timeline of 7 kingdoms, which will come to an end together on the 8th, when Jesus, number 9 comes over.
The 10 horns on the 7 heads are 10 kings who have not yet received any kingship (as we have already learned are the 10 nations that will form one Democratic Confederation), but here gets power like kings for one hour with the beast. They are of one mind, and all surrender their power to the beast.
Very important: In the story of Babel (the tower of Babel - Genesis 11:1-9), the people tried to build the tower to be able to reach God's throne by all having one language, one attitude, and one monetary unit, and then God stopped it. From that time the devil is still trying to rebuild the tower, by starting all that stuff again when the 10 great nations are all under him, by again one currency, one language, one god, one attitude etc. to start Does the devil work through the European Union (countries that work and trade together) and the United Nations (countries that maintain peace)?
Furthermore, the angel explains to John: All the kings wage war against the Lamb. (Revelation 16:16) The Lamb and those who are with Him overcome - Revelation 17:14. VERY IMPORTANT: This war on Megiddo/Armageddon is NOT the last war not. The Lamb comes to help the Israelites fight here against the devil when the devil turns the whole world against Israel. It's the end of the old world yes, with the fall of Babylon, but it's NOT the final war. First in Revelation 20 comes the final battle, Jesus against Satan. The kings of the east can definitely speak of (literal Babylon) Iraq, Iran, Syria, China, Korea, etc., but this harlot is from Rome (spiritual Babylon), at the European Union (7 mountains).
Then the angel said to John: The waters on which the harlot sits are all the people. The 10 horns will hate the harlot (Ezekiel 28:17), destroy her, eat her, & burn her with fire, & this is God's intention. What does
this mean? The devil is going to be angry with the 10 kings because he was defeated, & the 10 kings are going to be angry with their followers because they lost the battles, & then they all destroy each other.
The ***harlot is the great city*** that rules over the kings of the earth. It's Babylon in ROME, check it out
Revelation 17:5. VERY IMPORTANT: The devil is going to rule in ROME from Babylon; the harlot comes from Iraq's side, East of Israel, the mother of all sin, and it is he himself who comes from the East to Megiddo with the other kings, over the Euphrates River, for the great war. ISIS comes from Iraq and Syria.
When no one can defeat Israel to fall into the 10 Nations, the whole world will turn against the EU!
Don't forget that ancient Babylon is Iraq today (which is around Syria and Iran and Saudi Arabia, right under the 7 Churches)! NOTE: The Revelation is NOT talking about Iraq in this case. It is a “spiritual Babylon” the “Great Babylon” of which the Revelation speaks here. This “spiritual Babylon” is most likely Rome, in Italy (which took over for Babylon and were the world rulers in Jesus' time) and can be found at the European Union, Northwest of the 7 Churches and Israel. The land from which the devil will come. More about this country (and other possible countries) at the end of the lesson. DEFINITELY CHECK IT OUT!!!

CHAPTER 18 – Babylon falls, the earth cries.
Then there came a great mighty angel from heaven who brightened the whole earth with his glory. He said loudly: “Great Babylon has fallen and is now a gathering place for devils and unclean spirits...
...Because the kings committed fornication with her and became so rich.” → Is it perhaps the news that will talk about her worldwide like the 9/11 nightmare, also on the same morning everyone knew?
Another voice from heaven said: “Get out of Babylon from my people Israel (the Church of God), do not have fellowship with her sins and receive her plagues. Her sins reach to heaven, and God remembers her sins. Give her double the tribulation she gave you. Give her sorrow and death and hunger, and burn her with fire in one day, for strong is God who judges her.” → Is it perhaps the biggest nuclear attack from right across the world, that will set her on fire?
The kings of the earth will weep when they see Babylon fall, watching from far away, from the fear of her torment, and they know they can no longer deal with her. All that is noble and beautiful about her, the fruits of their desires have departed forever. →Will all the wealth and precious metals and fruits and other things that the world traded with her (the EU) be destroyed? Will there be a full-scale trade embargo against her? Not just a sanction!
And all the ships of the sea also stood far off when they saw the city's smoke, and cried out: “What city is like the great city?” And they also wept and cried out to heaven and said: “Rejoice, for God has executed your judgment on her”. → Is God predicting here that the ships will be able to see the nuclear attack on land, and see the results, as they can do today?
Then one strong angel took a great millstone and threw it into the sea and said: “Thus shall Babylon be cast down and never be found, and shall make no sound anymore, nor shine any light, for her sorcery has seduce the nations. The blood of prophets and saints who were slain in her was found in her.” → Is it perhaps an asteroid from the sky, like what happens in Independence Day? Or did the Angel give John a vision here to understand how silent and closed Babylon will become? Read Ezekiel 38.

CHAPTER 19 – Babylon falls, heaven rejoices, and Christ conquers.
Then John heard a large crowd in heaven saying: “Hallelujah to God, because He has justly judged the great harlot, and avenged righteous blood on her. Hallelujah, her smoke goes up forever.” Then everyone, including the elders and living creatures worshiped God in heaven.→ Deuteronomy 32:43.
A voice from the throne “Praise God, small and great!” (Psalm 134) and then a multitude of voices said in the sound of great rumblings and waters and lightnings: “Hallelujah, God has accepted the Kingship! Jesus came, and His wife made herself ready.” (Daniel 10:6-10) She (we) then gets clean, shiny fine linen to wear (the righteous deeds of the saints) - Isaiah 54:4-8 & Revelation 3:4.
Then the angel said to John: WRITE! Blessed are all who are invited to the wedding feast – Psalm 45. This is what God himself says - Genesis 1:3. Then John fell down and worshiped the angel, and the angel stopped him, saying: “Don't! Worship God and Jesus, the spirit of this prophecy!”
Then the heavens opened wide, and there was a white horse, and He who sits on it is called Faithful and True, the Judge who makes war in Justice! His eyes were fire, and on His head were many crowns, and He has a Name written that only He Himself knows. His garment was dipped in blood, and his name is: “The Word of God” - Isaiah 63:2-3, John 1:1. From His mouth goes a Sharp Sword to strike the nations -
Hebrews 4:11-14. He rules with an iron rod and treads the winepress of God's wrath. On His hip is written:
“King of kings!”
The armies of heaven, also clothed in pure fine linen, followed Him, also on white horses.

Then one angel stood in the sun and called with a loud voice to the birds in the sky and said: “Come and gather at God's meal! Eat the flesh of kings, the flesh of strong men and of horses and the flesh of all, small and great.” – Zephaniah 1:7-18.
Then John saw the beast, and the kings of the earth gathered to make war against Him on the white horse, and against His army. And the beast and false prophet were caught, and both were cast Alive into the lake of fire burning with brimstone. – Daniel 7:11, 1 Samuel 17:1-2, 4, 8-10, 14, 20-22, 24, 26, 32-46, 49-52.
And the other was killed with the Sword that went out of the mouth of Him on the white horse, and the birds were satisfied with their flesh. Jeremiah 12:9, Ezekiel 39:16-22.
Philippians 2:9-12 (Act like this) & Matthew 2:23
Why will Satan never call Jesus by His Name???

REMINDER TO CHECK YOURSELF - Signs of the end time.
Do not forget that the only sign of the end that remains is that the Jewish temple must be rebuilt in Jerusalem, Israel, as we learned earlier. But don't forget that such a temple can be erected as quickly as pitching a tent!
All the other signs have already happened. Here are some lists, specifically indicating the following:
The timelines on which the rapture signs become more numerous.
The members of the UN (United Nations) - Who are peace-loving.
The members of the EU (European Union) - The members who become rich together with Babylon in world markets.

INTERESTING FACTS:
- The story of Assyria: The people of Assyria ruled the Middle East in the Old Testament. At that time, they took over old Babylon and the Jordan and Lebanon, by the Mediterranean Sea. The capital of Assyria is Nineveh in the Bible (Mesopotamia). They were also great sinners and worshiped false gods, until a Prophet Jonah went to preach to them, then they turned back to God and He spared them. They attacked Samaria (the capital of Israel) and were sent by God to exterminate the sinners. Today it is Iraq, Syria, Jordan, and Lebanon... - Jonah 3:3 & 2 Kings 15-19, Isaiah 7-10 & 36-37, Daniel 4:7, Jonah 1-3) They were taken over by the Babylonians and that city was so destroyed that their existence (that of Mesopotamia) disappeared into history.
- Babel is the Hebrew name for the city of Babylon, and it means “the gate of God”.
- Revelation 17 Summary:
o The harlot on the beast is spiritual Babylon (Rome).
o The kings of the east are the REAL Babylon.
o The evil countries are: Iraq (Literal Babylon), Iran, Turkey & Syria.
o The devil is not in Iraq. The devil is in Rome (Europe).
o The woman (whore) is the European countries that will join the EU.
o The EU will be guilty of innocent blood.
o NB: The whole earth will attack Israel and when they stand unsuccessfully, God will let
“friendly fire” happen according to Zechariah 14:11-14.
o The UN is peace-loving, and the EU is strong countries. Will the devil use the two together to rule the world and bring false peace?
- Many people say that the Babylon spoken of in Revelation 17 with the harlot on the many waters cannot be the one at the Euphrates River as it was with the story of King Nebuchadnezzar in Daniel 2. They are absolutely right! The reason why is: Because in Isaiah 13:19-20, Isaiah prophesies almost 300 years before it happened, that the Persians will come and destroy the city of Babylon, and never let it be inhabited by people again. Iraq is full of people today, but that doesn't mean anything. Because those generations are long gone and wiped out. So, the whole city could already (and is already) replaced (Baghdad, where Saddam Hussain was, the capital of Iraq). Also: This verse in Isaiah speaks of Sodom and Gomorrah, which were also overthrown in such a way that no one could go and inhabit the land there. Large Sulfur balls were found Southeast of the Dead Sea, in modern Sodom and Gomorrah, and people live there! Furthermore, Isaiah 13:22 explains that this same Babylon's time of judgment is near. So, although Babylon in Revelation may indicate another 67
place, it must not be forgotten that the Literal Babylon of Daniel 2 is today Iraq (one of the Eastern kings), and the Spiritual Babylon spoken of in Revelation 17 is Rome (at the EU), what sits on the 7
mountains! Literal Babylon is part of the Middle East, the one at the Euphrates. Other “pointers”: The city that Revelation refers to describes the city as sitting on 7 mountains (Revelation 17:9), and ruling the kings of the earth (Revelation 17:18), and deceiving the nations (Revelation 17: 2, 18:3,
& 19:2), and is the center of the earth's merchandise (Revelation 18:3, & 11-13), and this place also persecutes the faithful (Revelation 17:6)… So, it sounds like the Babylon here might be talking about Rome, which is with the “European Union”. This is the closest and most possible. Inside Rome, Italy's walls there are 7 mountains, and so the city definitely sits on 7 mountains. The Bible speaks of Rome taking over Babylon in Daniel 2, and the new rulers were from the whole world.
Rome's churches “the Roman Catholics” colors are red and purple, the colors worn by the great harlot in Revelation 17, who sits on the city, and their greatest symbol is the golden cup and all that is shiny and golden. So that mentions a few of the comparisons here between Rome and the Babylon of Revelation 17, but there are many more. We believe that the great harlot most likely refers to Rome but must have open eyes and see in the end time where the devil will come from.
Many things can change between now and then. Note: The harlot who carries the golden cup with the red and purple robes (as the Roman Catholics also have) is full of the people's sins and abominations. Doesn't it remind you of the fact that the Roman Catholic Pope and Priests can forgive the people THEMSELVES for their sins against God, in that little box in the back of all their churches, where they go to “testify”?!How scary is it? Is the great harlot perhaps talking about the Roman Catholics who forgive people's sins in a booth, without God himself being asked for forgiveness? And then also: Guess what? The European Union, of which Rome is a member, is an organization that allows the free movement of goods, capital, services, and people. In other words, all the different “countries” that fall under the EU are really just “one country” and have the same basic rules and regulations, because all the countries that form part of the EU are one big market for the rest of the world. Also, another feature: The whole world is getting richer through the EU's trade markets, which are permanently buying and selling goods to the rest of the world! Wow!!!
Why Wow? Because Revelation 18 speaks of the Babylon through which the whole world became rich, which is going to be wiped out! Is the devil going to be the cause of this because he is going to control the EU, and turn everyone against Israel, and as soon as Israel wins the battle, then the whole world turns against the EU (and therefore against the devil)??? Amazing!
- Revelation 18 notes:
o Their love of money caused God to cause everyone to attack each other.
o It's the French Jews who must flee from Babylon.
o Sagaría may very well be predicting Nuclear War. First at the Euphrates, and then Rome?
o Radiation from the war will make the land a desert.
o The millstone that this chapter speaks of is reminiscent of the one that Samson had to roll.
o The big point: God made everyone attack each other (Zechariah 14 & Ezekiel 38). All turn against Satan in Babylon UNCOVERED (Rome in Europe). Everyone is crying.
