Poverty Line. Poverty is Not Natural

Poverty is not natural. There are a large number of people who have no ability to learn and think. In developed countries there are strict laws to prevent leakage of nation's wealth to other economic destinations. Wealth of the nation is distributed across the citizen equitably and one would find negligible proportional of people in poverty.
