Eugene Huang is a full-time real estate investor with over 20 years experience in North America and China, and 15 years Commercial/ Banking experience in Canada. He was educated in China (BSc) and Canada (MBA in Finance). He is a CPA/CMA Chartered Holder and a Licensed Mortgage Agent.
Also a self-made millionaire, Eugene accumulated his multi-million real estate assets through his proven Buy- and-Hold investment strategy. In 1994, when he was just 26, Eugene bought his first property for under $50k. Since then he has made significant investments in real estate worldwide. He is currently managing over 40- unit income properties in China, Canada and the U.S, with a focus on U.S. cash flow properties (properties that generate over 10% return).
Eugene is fluent in English and Chinese. Eugene is married with two children. His passions include sailing, cooking, music and dance.
