The last 9 weeks have given you all the information you need to succeed with
your weight loss goals. You've learned everything from counting your calories to
the difference between good and bad food choices. From now on, you need to
continue on the right path of eating how much you're supposed to eat every single
day. You need to do this even after you've reached your target weight. Know that
there will be times when it gets hard, and times when you feel like quitting. Just
because you have a bad day or two doesn't mean that your diet has failed. Get up
